One of the most frequent questions we get is "How often should my business post on Facebook?" Most business owners and marketers for small businesses think that the answer is as much as possible. And as such, they'll spend hours every week sourcing content for 5-6 Facebook posts.
Well, rest assured small business owners - the reality is that most small businesses only need to be posting around 3 times per week. Facebook simply doesn't want businesses constantly posting because it clogs the end-users timeline. Further, if the content isn't good, business posts are even less likely to show up at all in a users timeline.
The moral of the story? Focus on 2-3 good, quality posts every week and you're likely to see at least the same (but probably better) results than posting 5-6 times per week.
